... here we are, in the middle of the new normal. Taking a plane is close to riding horses, hiking is the new way to move masses and weather apps will get soon replaced by Covid forecasts – as they impact our next day much more than thunderstorms could mostly do.

As interesting as it is to observe those changes, as frustrating it is to recognize that we are nearly not one step ahead to understand what's really happening. The only clarity is around the fact that it will not just disappear over night. Even if, the impacts on society and economy define already a next reality. Watching news does not give a lot of hope, this next reality might be better than before. Moria, #blacklifesmatter or the upcoming US elections are just extreme forms of those accelerations. Walking the street, listening to friends or visiting the Mini Oktoberfest are less extreme, but as clear as the news.

However, there is still hope. The Great Reset is one of those thoughts. Building on the learnings from former generations, adding responsibility for next generations, could give it a twist, which could turn these accelerations into the good. We will know – at some point.
